I want to report inappropriate or abusive behaviour
If you encounter inappropriate or abusive behavior on our app, please report it immediately. On each page, you'll find a ribbon icon in the top left corner. Click the ribbon, type out the issue, and send the report. We do not condone harmful behavior or the misuse of Sappho. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions

How do I edit or delete an event I have made?
Simply email us at info@sapphoart.com with your request, and we'll take care of it for you

What is your refund policy for tickets?
Refunds are issued based on the host's outlined policy. If an event is cancelled, all tickets will be fully refunded

How long after submitting will my created event be approved?
After submitting your event, the Sappho team will review it promptly. Approval may take a moment, but we strive to be as efficient as possible

Why was my event not approved?
If your event was not approved, the Sappho team will email you with the reason for rejection. Your event will appear in the Manage Events page under drafts. Please edit your event as needed and re-submit

How do I change my password?
You can change your password on the Account Settings page

How do I hide my featured events?
Navigate to the event you no longer wish to feature in, and click ‘Remove me’
